You own your financial data. We process it solely to operate the Service. You may export your data at any time using the export function in the app, and you may request deletion of your account and data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
FinanceTracker is a personal budgeting tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice where possible. The local-first nature of the app means your data remains accessible in your browser even when the Service is unavailable.
All content, design, and code of the Service (excluding your data) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have paid nothing).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
